Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa

  • ½ cup chopped cucumber + tomato

  • Greek yogurt or tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken with oil and spices; marinate 15 min.

  2. Grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
