Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder
1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
½ cup chopped cucumber + tomato
Greek yogurt or tahini sauce
Instructions
