Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries & Chia Seeds

Creamy, sweet, and packed with protein — the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack that keeps you full and energized.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
¼ cup granola
Instructions
Add half the yogurt to a glass or bowl.
Layer with berries and chia seeds.
Add remaining yogurt and top with granola.
Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately or refrigerate.
