Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • ½ cup chopped spinach

  • ½ cup diced bell peppers

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Whisk eggs, add veggies, cheese, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased muffin tin.

  4. Bake 18–20 minutes until set.
